# Sirro closed beta — coding-agent setup

This invitation admits at most one of Sirro's capped beta seats. Never ask the user to paste an email code, API key, OAuth token, or password into chat.

Invitation: https://www.sirro.dev/beta-preview?invite=sirro-public-beta
Remote MCP: https://www.sirro.dev/beta/mcp/sirro-public-beta

## Codex

1. Run: `(sirro_setup_dir=$(mktemp -d) && trap 'rm -rf "$sirro_setup_dir"' EXIT && curl -fsSL 'https://www.sirro.dev/sirro-setup.mjs' -o "$sirro_setup_dir/setup.mjs" && node "$sirro_setup_dir/setup.mjs" --agent 'codex' --mcp-url 'https://www.sirro.dev/beta/mcp/sirro-public-beta')`
2. Run: `codex mcp login sirro`
3. The browser opens Sirro's white beta email-code login. Let the user enter their email, accept the Terms and Privacy Policy, and enter the code from their inbox.
4. Let the user approve Personal library. Then confirm `sirro_open`, `sirro_save`, `sirro_get`, and `sirro_list` are available.

## Claude Code

1. Run: `(sirro_setup_dir=$(mktemp -d) && trap 'rm -rf "$sirro_setup_dir"' EXIT && curl -fsSL 'https://www.sirro.dev/sirro-setup.mjs' -o "$sirro_setup_dir/setup.mjs" && node "$sirro_setup_dir/setup.mjs" --agent 'claude-code' --mcp-url 'https://www.sirro.dev/beta/mcp/sirro-public-beta')`
2. If Sirro already exists, skip installation. Run `claude mcp login sirro` in the user's interactive terminal. On older versions, enter `/mcp` inside Claude Code, select sirro, then Authenticate.
3. Keep Claude running. Open the fresh authorization link in a browser on the same computer and click Allow. A browser already signed in to Sirro skips email verification.
4. After restarting Claude, start authentication again. Do not reuse an old link from chat. Do not ask the user to paste a callback URL containing an authorization code into chat.
5. Confirm the connection by calling `sirro_list`. Installing the server or displaying Allow alone does not prove it is connected.

## Cursor

Open this install URL: https://cursor.com/en/install-mcp?name=sirro&config=eyJ1cmwiOiJodHRwczovL3d3dy5zaXJyby5kZXYvYmV0YS9tY3Avc2lycm8tcHVibGljLWJldGEifQ%3D%3D

Authenticate Sirro, complete the email-code flow, and Allow Personal library.

After the first connection, the library belongs to the verified email. Signing in later with that same email restores the same library. The beta remote MCP URL contains the capped invite, not an account credential.
