Agent onboarding

Give a new teammate's agent the docs and workflows it needs with one named Pack.

Put the working knowledge in a Pack

An onboarding document rarely tells the whole story. A new teammate's agent also needs to know how your team works: the commands you run, the conventions you follow, the decisions that shaped the code, and the places where the current docs live. Gather those pieces in a Pack with a clear name, such as frontend-onboarding.

Include the instructions and examples an agent can act on, not only links to read later. A Pack holds related assets together so the next agent starts with the same approved context instead of collecting it again from old chats and scattered repositories.

Bring a teammate's agent into the loop

Add the Pack to your Team workspace. Once your teammate connects their agent to that workspace, they can ask: Use the frontend-onboarding Pack from Sirro. The agent reads the Pack's instructions and fetches the relevant assets while it works in the current project.

This gives the agent a shared starting point for the team's workflows and conventions. Your teammate can still tell it what task to do; the Pack supplies the context behind that task.

Keep the Pack useful

When the workflow changes, update the Pack rather than sending a new set of instructions to every teammate. Give it a name people will remember, and keep its contents focused on what a new agent needs to do good work.
