For enterprise
Give every employee and their agents access to the work your company already knows how to do.
Company knowledge as reusable context
A company builds knowledge every time someone solves a problem: a reliable implementation, a review checklist, a way to prepare a report, or a set of answers customers need. Sirro gives that work a home where teammates and their connected agents retrieve it by name.
The company library brings reusable code, documents, instructions, and Packs together across projects and coding tools. Sirro is also developing company Playbooks: repeatable methods with confirmed facts, reviewed changes, and evidence of results.
Onboard people and their agents
Create a Pack for a role, project, or team. Include working examples, setup instructions, conventions, and the workflow a new teammate should follow. Once invited to the company workspace, they connect their agent and ask it to use that Pack from Sirro.
For example, an engineering team uses a frontend-onboarding Pack with the design system, testing commands, accessibility rules, and approved components. The teammate starts with shared context and applies it to their first task. Keep the Pack current as the team changes its practices.
Use the same work across teams and tools
An authorized teammate retrieves an implementation saved in Claude Code through Codex or Cursor. Reuse a component across products, keep a migration guide available across repositories, or give a contractor the instructions for the workspace they can access.
Beyond software, company Playbooks are being developed for recurring work such as research briefs, weekly reporting, customer handoffs, and proposal preparation. The goal is to carry both the method and the confirmed company facts into the next task.
Reduce repeated generation and rework
Retrieving an existing implementation replaces generation of that implementation with retrieval and adaptation. A focused Pack supplies the same maintained context across tasks. A tested method preserves the steps and checks from earlier work. These mechanisms remove repeated work from the task sequence.
The net compute effect is the generation and exploration avoided, less the cost of retrieval, reading, adaptation, and checking. Evaluate complete tasks against the same quality standard, including time, usage, retries, and review. This separates the reuse mechanism from its measured effect on a particular workflow.
Let improvements travel through the company
When a team improves shared work, the next retrieval returns the updated version. This makes the library more useful over time without relying on everyone remembering the same correction.
The planned company Playbook workflow adds a review loop: a member proposes a change after a task, a responsible owner approves it, and the change is recorded. A method becomes proven through a person-confirmed result or checkable evidence. Earlier versions remain available to restore.
Keep access tied to the workspace
Company workspace owners invite and remove teammates. Members and their authorized agents use the company library; an invitation does not grant access to another company. Personal work enters a shared workspace only when someone chooses to share it.
Removing membership revokes access to that workspace. Content already copied into a project remains in that project. Planned company Playbook approvals extend these controls to changes in shared methods.
Start with one useful workflow
Choose a task the team repeats, gather the material it already trusts, and name a person to maintain it. Connect the workspace owner and one teammate, confirm both agents retrieve the same work, then expand to the rest of the team.
