Each person keeps a private copy
When every developer and every agent has a separate stash of components and prompts, the team rebuilds work it already did. The names do not match, so nobody can ask for the same thing.
Use a team workspace
A personal workspace stays private. A team workspace is the shared library. Members see the same assets. An agent only reaches that library after a person Allows it onto the workspace.
Agree on names
The name is the address. navbar means the same navbar for the whole team. List what is already saved before creating a second one.
