Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sirro, including our website, dashboard, APIs, and MCP integrations (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Sirro lets you save development assets such as components, prompts, patterns, and links in a personal or team library, then retrieve them through supported AI coding tools. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including API access through your keys.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sirro. If you use Sirro on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the assets and other content you store in Sirro. You grant us a limited license to host, process, back up, and display that content only as needed to provide and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to store and use any content you add to Sirro.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by overloading systems.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the Service except where permitted by law.
• Upload malware or content that infringes someone else's rights.

API and integrations

API keys and MCP connections are provided for your own use with supported tools. You must keep keys confidential and revoke them if they are exposed. We may rate limit or suspend access that threatens service stability or security.

Plans and payment

Some features may require a paid plan in the future. If paid plans are offered, pricing and billing terms will be shown before you are charged. Free features may change or be discontinued with reasonable notice when possible.

Termination

You may stop using Sirro at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though some sections of these Terms will continue to apply.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sirro and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
